Google Cloud partnered with blockchain infrastructure firm MultiversX. This collaboration aims to support the growth of Web 3.0, offering developers and users an integrated platform to utilize blockchain technology efficiently.

A Symbiotic Relationship for the Digital Age

With its vast array of data analytics and artificial intelligence tools, Google Cloud has integrated MultiversX into its platform, supporting an expansive range of Web 3.0 projects. Users can now navigate large-scale data-centric blockchain projects effortlessly, ensuring they have access to vital information, including transaction volumes, smart contract interactions, and extensive on-chain analytics capabilities.

Conversely, integrating Google Cloud with the MultiversX network empowers ecosystem builders with many tools and services. This is crucial for enhancing the performance and scalability of non-blockchain components within decentralized applications, ensuring that the entire ecosystem thrives.

Daniel Rood, Head of Web3 EMEA at Google Cloud, highlighted the significance of this partnership. He emphasized how it opens up new possibilities for Web3 developers, aiding them to build and scale solutions more rapidly. With this alliance, Google Cloud solidifies its position as a critical innovator within the blockchain domain.

MultiversX: A Bridge Between Worlds

MultiversX, formerly Elrond, has established itself as a formidable entity within the blockchain sphere. They have fostered numerous partnerships with well-established brands, bridging the gap between the conventional and the cutting-edge Web 3.0 realms.

Among their notable collaborations are ICI D|SERVICES, Europe’s first institutional marketplace for digital assets, and Audi’s in-car virtual reality platform, holoride, which has chosen MultiversX as their preferred platform.

Moreover, MultiversX has introduced new features to enhance its decentralized digital asset wallet, the xPortal SuperApp. These updates offer users a fluid experience in managing both fiat and cryptocurrency, paving the way for peer-to-peer fiat payments and integration with European banking systems by the beginning of 2024.

In addition, the xWorlds Developer Kit from MultiversX provides creators with an extensive set of tools designed to craft the next generation of augmented reality experiences. Utilizing xPortal as a wallet and distribution hub, developers can access resources such as highly realistic AI-powered 3D avatars, setting a new standard in virtual interactions.
