Circle Partners with Grab to Start Web3 Wallet in Singapore

Web3 has been getting the attention of many organizations as multiple firms dive into it. Recently Circle Internet Financial has shown its interest in Web3 and taken great steps in working within it. Circle which is in charge of issuing USDC stablecoin has made its intention known to the public on the interest to collaborate with Grab. The aim of it all is to improve the Web3 experience in Singapore.

According to tweets that Circle shared on X ‘Twitter’ the combination between Circle’s Web3 Service and Grab app could create Grab Web3 Wallet. Thus enabling crypto users to build wallets that can utilize the blockchain by using this new Web3 API. Although Grab Web3 wallets are still in their development stages will be able to approve the SG Pitstop Pack NFT vouchers. Users can also earn massive rewards from the wallet and hold NFTs.

Following more tweets Circle stated that their program is however accepted  Authority of Singapore has its going hand in hand with its goal.CEO of Circle Jeremy Allaire stated that his team is looking forward to partnering and forming alliances with international consumer internet Companies. Here is was he stated:

“Piloting our technology with Grab’s customers brings us closer to realizing the full potential of responsible digital assets innovation.”

He was then seconded by the Head of Global Policy at Circle, Dante Disparate, who endorsed this project of collaboration and said that it was a great way of speeding up and empowering blockchain more in Singapore. This innovative move from both parties will help crypto enthusiasts in Singapore to dive more into digital assets.
